We’ve sourced spices from around the globe to find the right growers and we take care in the import and handling of the spices to ensure that we bring them to market as quickly as we can to preserve the freshness and bold flavors of our product.

 Some ways Zing stands out:

  • We use California garlic, rather than the lower-grade Chinese imported garlic
  • We use Hungarian paprika, recognized by chefs and importers as higher grade than the traditional Peruvian or Spanish paprika products
  • We use pure Vietnamese cinnamon, crisper in flavor than the more commonly used Indonesian cinnamon
  • We Hand select our Bay Leaves from the highest grade product, ensuring whole, healthy leaves any chef would be proud to use
  • We use true Smoked Paprika with no additives to achieve the subtle, smoky flavor that discerning cooks are looking for.
